Martin Brown was an abused child who grew up to be an abusive parent. Convicted of various heinous acts to children, martin spen several yers in a penitentiary where he earned the nickname “The EEL”. Unfortunately, during transport to another facility, the Eel escaped and was at large for several years. In 2210, by the time Martin wa chased into the sewers of Cincinnatus by MilaPolice officers Tamara Rose and Hope LeBeck and monents later, met his demise. He was responsilble for the disappearace of over 48 children and 6 adults. The whereabouts of these unfortunate people were never recovered.
